Weekly ongoing classes in Wu Style Style Tai Chi incorporate the practice of Mindful Movement using the principles of Yin and Yang. Class begins with a warm-up designed to open and relax the joints and Qigong exercises that coordinate breath, movement and intention. The second part of class is focused on the Wu Style Tai Chi 108 large circle form. Class is 60 minutes in length.
