Bellevue Club Members Only (Seniors class)
This one hour weekly ongoing class in Wu Style Style Tai Chi incorporates the practice of Mindful Movement using the principles of Yin and Yang. Class begins with a warm-up designed to open and relax the joints and Qigong exercises that coordinate breath, movement and intention. The second half of class is focused on the Wu Sytle Tai Chi 108 large circle form. The class at the Bellevue club is a class designed specifically for seniors.
